Refund Policy

Cancelation policy

100% refund for cancelation made 24 hours before the start of the trip.

All cancelations made the day of the trip will be subjected to 20% cancelation fees.

To start your cancelation, you can contact us services@florafricana.co.za.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received are satisfied, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
